Speaker: Ayya Phalañāṇī (Joining online from Germany)

Wed 9 Aug | 7-8.30pm AEST

Location: In person at Metta Centre (Bankstown) or Online (Zoom link below)

In the Sutta, ‘the two cooks’, SN47.8 the Buddha presents a simile by which he explains, what makes one a good cook or practitioner or a bad one. And it is not the method, or the amount of time we practice that makes the difference… Tune in to hear what the Buddha had to say about it. Ayya will read and guide through the sutta.
