During Ven. Vimokkha’s trip in Sydney from Thailand, he will be leading a non-residential two-day meditation retreat at the Metta Centre, exploring the practices of Samatha and Vipassana. Participants will be guided through various different forms of meditation, to deepen our practice in meditation and allow us to develop seeing into the nature of the mind in daily life activities. If you wish to join in person, please email us so we can ensure that we cater for everyone present. You are welcome to bring some food to offer as Dana to Venerable Vimokha (and for retreatants as well) and you can include this in your email to us at contact@mettacentre.com.
