Often we view suffering and happiness, samsara and liberation as opposites. In this special talk by His Eminence Drukdra Dorji, one of the great living meditation teachers of Bhutan we will have an opportunity to explore concrete teachings and practices that can help us to touch freedom and liberation right in the heart of our daily lives. The talk will be followed by a question and answer session. We hope you can join us for this special evening.

About the Teacher: Drukdra Dorji Rinpoche is one of the most beloved and deeply revered spiritual figures in Bhutan. Having been ordained at 4 years old and now aged 27, and spending much of his ordained life in solitary retreat, he shares profound insights in engaging, accessible, clear, and practical ways. His deep compassion and empathy, along with a delightful sense of humour make time spent with him unforgettable.
