“Yoniso Manasikara” means wise attention, and “ayoniso manasikara” means unwise attention. In this talk, Ayya Adhimutti talks about the importance of wise attention and how it supports our Buddhist practice in working with the mind. This session will also include a 30-minute guided meditation, and time for questions and dialogue.
About the Speaker: Ven Adhimutti ordained as a Mae Chee in Thailand in 2005, a Samaneri at Santi Forest Monastery (Australia) in 2008, and a Bhikkhuni at Aranya Bodhi Hermitage in California in 2010 with Ayya Tathaaloka as Pavatini.
